Dinosaur Provincial Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located about two-and-a-half hours drive from Calgary, Alberta, that I had the chance to visit last June. And it’s simply gorgeous.
So I’ve decided to let the photos talk for themselves.
I mean … don’t you want to go already?
I like the photo of the little yellow flowers, and those shapes of the rocks are beautiful! 🙂

Hi audrey !
Could you tell me why it’s called Dinosaur Park ? Did they found a lot of dinosaur bones there ? The pictures are really great ! Did you ever take a photography class ?
Love,
Hether

Hello, Hether!
Indeed, it’s called that way because they found a lot of dinosaur fossils on the site. Though if you want to see the bones, you have to go to the Royal Tyrell Museum in Drumheller which is a few hours from the Dinosaur Park. I didn’t have time to do both, so I picked the lovely views since it was such a great day! 🙂
